The follow up e-mail did not arrive and so we were not able to complete the paper work in advance, and one of our group turned up with velcro fastened trainers. “I won my experience through Heart Radio Station and I was very lucky to win a ten minute slot. I had an absolutely fabulous time and this was mainly due to my instructor , JC. His manner instilled confidence and allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the airkix experience.

Only 3 out of 4 compters working, wouldnt it have been easier ro have had the printed risk assessment form ready to be checked and signed on arrival- this would speed up the process.
