Airkix plc is a fully funded plc (Public Limited Company). We have under 75 shareholders, all of whom are private investors including about half who joined the Founder Member’s Club which was designed for skydivers wishing to own a piece of a wind tunnel business.

Our goal is to build a series of Vertical Wind Tunnels in the UK over the next few years and a number of sites have already been identified.

It is possible that we could fund expansion through raising additional funds either through loans or a share issue (or both) to realise these ambitions.

Occasionally existing shareholders may wish to sell and this is arranged through the company.
